Last Days to Rock the RAKs – New Ideas Inside

Random Acts of Kindness in The Workplace…
Why the Lag in Activity?
Pick just ONE to do TODAY, then post it in Wellspace!

You guys are AWESOME.  We have NO doubt that you ROCK at your job and you are super stars.  There is a LIGHT within each of you.  Share that light with others.  Encourage your coworkers. Motivate your boss. Inspire the parents of your students.  One small act can create a ripple effect that will have long-lasting effects in many lives.

What are you waiting for?

Our Random Acts of Kindness in the Workplace is coming to a close next week. I have to admit, we’re a little disappointed with the lack of activity in Wellspace. How can we help?  Are you afraid you’ll appear as if you are boasting about a good deed if you post it?  Ask a coworker to buddy up with you – let them share your RAKs on Wellspace, and in turn, you do the same for them. Your acts of kindness are truly inspiring to others and really motivate people to look for opportunities to be kind to those with whom they come into contact each day. We want to show appreciation for those of you who make efforts to improve your Centers in all ways… Random Acts of Kindness are great and fairly simple ways to do that, as we shared in previous posts.

So, go ahead.  Pick one of those ideas on the chart above… or come up with one on your own.  Then post it (or have a colleague) in Wellspace so that we can celebrate alongside you!

Meditation of the Week on Wellspace:

If you’ve had a tough week, take a few moments to Find Your Calm by listening to one of the meditations in the Wellspace Meditation Station. In Finding Your Calm, you’ll release the tension and stress of the past week, let go of any anxiety of the week ahead, and get ready to fully engage in the next two days off. Relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.
