Teacher Stress Relief Tip #10

Sometimes we hold on to things that are no longer serving us. Maybe there is a parent that you are struggling to communicate with or a student whose personality just seems to clash with yours. Solving issues as quickly as possible helps us to relieve stress and pressure. The longer we think about a situation or let it fester, the more anxiety and worry it produces. In these situations, the best strategy is to attempt to resolve it and then “let it go.” Holding on to thing we can’t control wastes our time and energy.
